When will my order arrive after I place it?

Orders are usually delivered within 48hrs depending on your location. For Kumasi, delivery is often same or next day.

How do i know if my order has been confirmed?

You'll receive a confirmation by either by email or directly through the social media platform you ordered from, whether it's Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, WhatsApp or the website. 

Do I have to pay before my order is delivered?

Yes. It is strictly payment before delivery. The only exception is for PICKUPS, and that will be communicated to you directly.

What happens if my delivery delays beyond the expected day?

We’ll notify you of the new delivery time and ensure your order still reaches you as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order or get updates while waiting?

Yes. You can  track your order. Also, you can reach us on WhatsApp for updates and we’ll also notify you when your order is out for delivery.

How do I place an order?

Our main ordering channel is through the Ramascents website. You can also place orders via our social media pages (Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp). If you face any issues, simply reach out to us on our socials for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), Visa/Debit Card and bank transfer. Please note: we do not accept cash, even for pickups.

What if I make payment and do not get my order?

Rest assured, Ramascents is a trusted brand. Every confirmed order is processed and delivered as agreed. You’ll also receive confirmation and updates until your order gets to you.

I want a refund after my order has been processed. What do I do?

Once an order has been processed, refunds are not guaranteed. However, kindly contact us immediately and we’ll review your case to find the best possible solution.

Delivery & Pickups FAQs

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Ghana. In most regional capitals and major towns, we offer doorstep delivery. For extra large packages, we’ll advise if doorstep delivery is possible but where it’s difficult to get a courier to your exact location, we use station buses and cars to reach you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of your package. The amount will either be on package or be communicated before dispatch.

Where can I pick up my order?

Pickups are only at our designated point in Boadi, Kumasi. Please note this is not a WALK-IN shop. All pickups must be scheduled in advance.

What time are pickups done?

Pickups are strictly at the scheduled times (usually before 5pm). If you cannot make it, kindly opt for delivery instead.
